Thoughts about hitchhiking are probably divided on two ways. First of all, some people think that it is extremely dangerous and they absolutely don't want to do that. Why? I think the answer is quite obvious. They are so scared about the fact that they can meet actually anyone, without knowledge about what kind of person they can travel with. It's normal that people think about their health or life. On the other hand, there is one more type of travellers. There's no need to write about them so much. They just want to have fun and take some risk.
